How to know that the goods have been ordered and the order is being processed?

Upon receiving your order, we will promptly send a confirmation to your email address. We will then keep you informed about the progress of your order via email and contact you by phone if needed.

How to pay for goods?

Payment for the goods is made at the time of ordering using the electronic payment system Paysera. The payment order will be generated automatically, and all you need to do is select your bank or financial institution where you hold an account. Once you confirm the payment, you will receive a confirmation email.

Is it possible to pay the courier for the goods?

No, there is no such payment option. The goods are paid for at the time of ordering.

Can I receive a VAT invoice?

Yes, when you order a product, you will receive a VAT invoice with the product.

Where and when are the goods delivered?

The goods are delivered throughout the territory of Lithuania to the address specified by you. Items are usually prepared for delivery and delivered within 5 working days. If it happens that the product is not in stock, we will notify you by phone or e-mail and provide the date of receipt of the product.

Can my purchase be delivered to another person?

Yes, if another person will pick up the goods for you, please notify us by e-mail info@litena.lt

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping is free for orders over 89 EUR. Otherwise, the delivery price is EUR 4.99 throughout Lithuania.

Is the products sold in the online store have a warranty?

Yes, it has a two-year warranty.

Is it possible to inspect the fabrics in the store before ordering?

Yes, the fabrics can be inspected upon arrival at one of the Litena stores. We will be happy to answer all your questions. You can find the store contacts at the bottom of the page.

Is it possible to cancel/change an order?

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be cancelled.

Can the goods be returned?

Fabrics can only be returned for purchases of 10 linear meters or more. Goods can be returned in Litena stores.

Do you take orders by phone?

Can I expect a discount for buying larger quantities of fabric?

When buying larger quantities of fabric (100 meters and more), please contact us by phone +370 (682) 28 902 for a special price.
